★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent more than €80 on drinks and shisha with a good tip to the ladies serving us. On our way leaving the restaurant one of us in the group accidentally knocked down a shisha standing right on a passageway to the exit. We said Sorry multiple times making sure that another customer wasn’t hurt, and shisha didn’t even broke. When we left the bar, one of the waiters RAN OUT after us on the street SHOUTING across the street that we could at least say sorry (and we did multiple times)!! Never experienced anything like that before... very rude and unprofessional. Accidents happen, especially if placement of shisha is right on the exit. Staff should learn how to treat their customers and how deal with such situations better.... not coming back
P.S. the way how you answer all negative reviews just proves my point. Please learn how to do customer service politely and professionally. If you indeed have access to your cameras then you would see that we didn’t leave straight away but were standing on the stairs until we saw that waiter is taking care of it. It is funny how you can say we didn’t say sorry considering there was loud music and you base it from camera footage...? Shame on you!

There are a wide range of flavors to choose from, as well as deliscous food, coffee, and cocktails. It has become a wonderful place to come and relax for me here in Prague!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected another cellar shisha room and in the end I was very pleasantly surprised. Interior is nice and cozy and very nice lit. Staff is highly professional, very kind and helpful. One of the best cappuccinos I've had in this city, shishas prepared to your liking and frequent coal change is just a cherry on top. I've been visiting this place for 2 years now and the quality is still the same if not better. Only downside, it can get really "cloudy" in there. Can only recommend this place. : )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this place enough. Indeed a great place to come at any time of the day. Either to work on the laptop, read, chat or hang out with friends in the evening. The staff is highly professional, attentions and very pleasant which is a combination not found everywhere. And the shisha is top notch. Coffee and drinks are very good too. Highly recommended.
