★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pres lehkou jazykovou barieru rychle a bezproblemove vyzvednuti zasilky.
UPS vsak nic neoznamila, proto doporucuji sledovat balik online.
 Despite the light language barrier, the consignment is picked up quickly and without any problems.
However, UPS did not report anything, so I recommend watching the package online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is UPS Drop off point, if one does not know, what that means, talk to UPS, don't blame this Excellent spot to drop off. Despite me not knowing local Language, shop guys helped me out of their way by using Google Translation. They spend much time to make sure I am able to make write Drop Off, I hope they earn enough for this Service.
Fully Satisfied with the Point and they are Open on Sundays is much more than expected.

EVERY TIME I have used them they lie about failed delivery, their drivers are completely incompetent ???, absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever used in the world.... please...use another company...and AMAZON, shame on you using such a horrible company to make deliveries... unbelievable ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live few blocks from UPS Access Point and in their same street but they didn't manage to find my address and bothered to phone call me.
I reach the place except I cannot find it, so I ask for information in a nearby bar and they tell me I am not the first one asking them where UPP point is. They also tell me to go in the Vietnamese shop near Mánesova 64.
The shop only has a Vodafone sign but no UPP one, it's very small and inside there were several parcels waiting for pick-up and occupying half of the space.
The man inside was good but I cannot believe UPS is handling deliveries in this way and is not able to find a place in the city center next to their point.
