★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na Vanoce dostala dcerka saty od babicky, ale nesedela ji velikost. Saty zakoupeny 7.12., prvni mozny den po Vanocich (27.12.) jsme chteli vymenit velikost (meli jsme uctenku, vysacku). Tato zcela bezna vec nam vsak nebyla umoznena s tim, ze na vraceni mame pouze 10 dni. A i kdyby to bylo 14 dni, jak uvádějí na uctence, tak jsme to pry stejne nestihli. Ochota pani prodavacky byla na bodu mrazu, odesli jsme tedy s neporizenou. S podnikem jsme nikdy nemeli problemy, po teto zkusenosti vsak uz vime, ze zde nakupovat nebudeme. Stejne tak budeme apelovat i na vsechny zname.
At Christmas, her daughter received a dress from her grandmother, but she didn't like the size. The clothes bought on December 7th, the first possible day after Christmas (December 27th) we wanted to change the size (we had a receipt, a vacuum cleaner). However, this completely normal thing was not allowed for us, with the fact that we have only 10 days to return. And even if it was 14 days, as they say on the worshipers, we still didn't make it. The saleswoman's willingness was at freezing, so we left with the undefeated. We have never had a problem with the company, but after this experience we already know that we will not shop here. We will appeal to all known as well.
