★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě MAXIMÁLNÍ spokojenost! Velmi příjený a ochotný prodavač připomíná Osmany Laffita (mluvou, vypadá líp) a je to prostě MAXIMÁLNÍ SYMPAŤÁK a ten jeho servisman je fakt kouzelník! Naběhl jsem si při koupi S8 na Fujbooku a tento servisman fakt čaroval aby dostal muj telefon do pořádku (vyměna sluchátka a prasklého "zadního skla" zadního krytu baterie) Kvalitně slepeno nedá se tomu nic vytknout za mě 5*!!!
MAXIMUM satisfaction for me! A very friendly and helpful salesman is reminiscent of Osman Laffit (speaking, he looks better) and he is simply a MAXIMUM SYMPATH and his serviceman is really a magician! I ran when I bought an S8 on a Fujbook and this serviceman really enchanted to get my phone in order (replacement of the handset and the cracked "rear glass" of the back cover of the battery).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výměna displeje u telefonu honor 20 proběhla hrozně . Displej přestal fungovat po 2 dnech a záruka nebyla uznána přitom má být záruka 2roky ale bylo mi řečeno že sem displej mechanicky poškodil když neměl ani škrábanec . 2000kč. Vyměnil sem displej sám doma a funguje mi na 100%. Navíc v telefonu chybělo hodně šroubků co si nejspíš firma nechala pro sebe nebo ztratila. Vyhozené peníze z okna

The display stopped working after 2 days and the warranty was not recognized, but the warranty should be 2 years, but I was told that the display was mechanically damaged when it did not have a scratch. 2000 CZK. I replaced the display here at home and it works 100% for me. In addition, the phone lacked a lot of screws, which the company probably kept for itself or lost. Thrown money out the window

Nechala jsem si vyměnit displej na apple xr, telefon mam uz dva roky a slape 100% jediny problém bylo prasknutí v levém horním a dolním rohu. Oblast mikrofonu a kamery byla nedotčena jen pripominam.
Kdyz jsem si přišla pro opraveny tel a chtela odemknout face Id nefungovalo, rekla jsem si podívám se na to poradně doma ale nastalo poškození trueDepth kamery, špatnou manipulaci s opravou displeje.
Kdyz jsem přišla do prodejny a snazila se dozadat ( slušně i po tom co to chtěli hodit na me..) toho aby mi telefon dali do jeho 100% funkčnosti tak jak byl kdyz jsem jim ho tam přinesla ( pouze rozbity displej zadny jiný problém)
Prvni se mi snažil pan namluvit, ze uz to nemuselo fungovat kdyz jsem to tam přinesla, ikdyz jsem to jeste pred nim odemykala přes face Id na který mam uplne vsechno, tak jsem nevěřila svým vlastním uším. Posléze přišel dalsi chlapík a to ten co to opravoval, ukázal mi muj původní displej a světě div se, na mem původním displeji byla obrovská díra v oblasti kamery, kdyz to pan otviral tak to pacil tak paradne, ze mi poškodil TrueDepth kameru a tvrdil mi ze tam ta díra byla! Tady se nebylo kam dovolat nebo odvolat, takze za me jsou to zloději zlodejsti, kteří neví ani co dělají a ani o cem mluví !
Nejsou to absolutne profesionálové svého řemesla, tady takove rádoby opravare a šmelinare by meli zavrit nekam do katru se vsi tou verbeží okolo. Takze jestli se jim nekdy podaří výjimečně opravit neco, co nema hnedka viditelné následky, je to jen nahoda nebo otázka času nez se ukáže ze jsou to šmelinaři a lhaři!!

I had the display replaced on an apple xr, my phone has been around for two years now and the 100% only problem was a crack in the upper left and lower corner. The microphone and camera area was intact only for a reminder.
When I came for the repaired phone and wanted to unlock the face Id did not work, I said I will look at it counseling at home but there was damage to the trueDepth camera, poor handling of the display repair.
When I came to the store and tried to ask (decently even after they wanted to throw it at me ..) to put my phone in its 100% functionality as it was when I brought it there (only broken display no other problem)
The first one tried to tell me that it didn't work anymore when I brought it there, even though I unlocked it in front of him over my face. Then another guy came and the one who fixed it showed me my original display and the world was amazed, there was a huge hole in the original display in the camera area, when Mr. opened it, he liked it so badly that it damaged my TrueDepth camera and claimed that hole was there! There was nowhere to call or recall here, so for me they are thieves who do not know what they are doing or what they are talking about!
They are not absolutely professionals of their craft, here such would-be repairers and blacksmiths should be locked somewhere in the quarters with the village around it. So if they ever manage to exceptionally fix something that has no immediately visible consequences, it is just a coincidence or a matter of time before it turns out that they are blacksmiths and liars !!
