★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Codan Agentura leverer ikke det man køber via deres hjemmeside. Vi købte en guidet cykeltur til Karlstejn Slot. Der var ingen guide men blot en gps som ikke virkede efter ca 1/2 km i byen.
Endvidere fik vi oplyst at man nok ikke kunne køre både frem og tilbage på en dag og det ville være en god ide at tage toget tilbage, idet cyklerne skulle være tilbage kl 17.30. Da kl var 13.30 var vi endnu ikke fremme trods start tidligt. Vi tog derfor toget tilbage og herfra virkede gps ikke!! Vi fik på ingen måde hvad vi havde købt og betalt for. Vi kontaktede firmaet (Jonas) der anerkendte at fik ikke havde fået hvad vi havde købt og ville refundere noget af turen. Trods flere henvendelser har vi blot hørt en masse undskyldninger og nu vendes der ikke tilbage. Rigtig dårlig service. Mvh Bo og Ghita
 Codan Agentura does not deliver what you buy through their website. We bought a guided bike ride to Karlstejn Castle. There was no guide but just a gps that didn't work after about 1/2 mile in town.
Furthermore, we were informed that you could not drive both back and forth in one day and it would be a good idea to take the train back, as the bikes should be back at 17.30. When it was 13.30 we were not yet promoting despite starting early. We therefore took the train back and from here gps didn't work !! We got in no way what we had bought and paid for. We contacted the company (Jonas) who acknowledged that had not got what we had bought and would refund some of the trip. Despite several inquiries, we have just heard a lot of excuses and now there is no turning back. Very poor service. Ms. Bo and Ghita
