Physiotherapy, except for a couple of therapists, is absolutely bizarre, they are just trying to charge you for paid services, which are useless (see 5 visits of 500 for magnetotherapy with a loaded rotator cuff and after ineffective therapy immediately ask if I buy another package 5). When I wrote this review, the X-ray department didn't work, so I had to go to Budejovická (now it works). The only positive is the eyes (apart from the waiting period), practitioners and ENT, otherwise I try to go to other polyclinics for everyone. Hygiene is not played much in some departments, you can lie down on a sweaty, lightly wiped cloth, where someone was lying in front of you, there is no money on the paper sheet, so you lie down in a sexy "oil stain". As for cardiology - holters (devices for 24-hour pressure measurement) are usually glued with tape to hold them together, at least 20 years old, and that's enough for a fan, a million times cuffed cuff is smelling musty and sweat. If you have nothing to do and you like to sit with thirty sick people in the waiting room for long hours, or you do not mind having an acute problem waiting for a quarter of the year, then you will enjoy it there. No more phone calls and it was still busy. And as soon as the working hours ended, the phone started working again. Unfortunately, he was already ringing in an abandoned room, where he no longer bothered anyone. The next day I preferred to call for surgery in Budějovická, where you could call ... But because there are other departments in the clinic that work, I can't give 1 star.

ORTHOPEDICS - I took my mother for a checkup and the nurse recommended coming before seven that no one would be here and it would be quick. Unfortunately, he gives this line to everyone, so when I came with my mom at 6:45, it was already a queue and we waited until 9:53 before it was our turn. There were 6 people in front of us and on this day there were only incapacity for work. The doctor doesn't care about the order, the other patients were waiting here from 6:15 and we came in line earlier. I definitely do not recommend if you hurry to work in the morning. Thanks to this delay, we both had to choose completely unnecessarily to choose half a day of vacation.

I have absolutely tragic experience with urology and MUDr. Kristýna Dukátová. The doctor was unpleasant and arrogant, very bad and lax in professional terms, although she was as smart as a radio. She neglected my urinary tract infection, refused to cultivate urine, and gave me antibiotics.
