D	Dasa Elnyaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo sice působí jako pultový obchod, ale kvalita kávy je zde až neskutečná. Ani přepraženě nahořklá, ani módně baristicky nakyslá. Výběrová zrna. Extra kvalitní kávovar, který nezná termín "jeden shot", nýbrž jen "shot dvojitý", takže cappuccino chutná opravdu kávově o lattéčku nemluvě! Pro kávomilce jinak spousta nářadíčka na domácí přípravu či přenos kávy. Za kávu do vlastní přenosky je sleva. Pro vegany jsou tu i nemléčné alternativy. Nějaký dortík se tu též najde. A když už káva do kelímku, tak do bambusového kompostovatelného. Obsluha milá a nápomocná, takže vřele doporučuji! The place works like a counter shop, but the quality of coffee is unreal. Neither overpriced bitter nor fashionable baristically sour. Selective grains. An extra high-quality coffee maker that doesn't know the term "one shot", but just a "double shot", so the cappuccino really tastes coffee lattice not to mention! For coffee makers, a lot of tools for home cooking or coffee transfer. There is a discount for coffee in your own cart. There are also non-dairy alternatives for vegans. There's also some cake. And when the coffee is in the cup, then in the bamboo compostable. Service nice and helpful, so I highly recommend!

Ještě jednou moc děkuji! Unfortunately, the store was closed when the goods were picked up, but the subsequent communication was directly exemplary - in addition to an apology for an unnecessary trip, I also received a free package of delicious coffee. Thank you very much again!

Doufám, že alespoň pro své zákazníky dělají na čistějších přístrojích. There is no coffee machine repair shop, where they will calmly and in writing give you (after the second complaint) the coffee machine in such a condition. I hope that at least for their customers working on cleaner devices.

Tomu předcházely cca dva půlhodinové rozhovory s nekončícími otázkami z mé strany. Při dnešním "nedostatku času" si velmi vážím, že mi tento čas byli ochotni věnovat, přesto že neměli jistotu, že obchod dopadne. Jednání bylo velmi přátelské a profesionální. Vše co slíbili, dodrželi. Instalace kávovaru probíhala v pátek večer v Brně, v termínu, kdy je každý z nás nejraději se svými blízkými. A to spolumajitele ještě čekala cesta zpět do Prahy. To vše mě přesvědčilo o tom, že svoji práci dělají dobře a od srdce. I can recommend CoffeeHub. I bought a professional coffee machine for them in a cafe. This was preceded by about two half-hour conversations with endless questions on my part. With today's "lack of time", I really appreciate that they were willing to dedicate this time to me, even though they were not sure that the business would turn out. The meeting was very friendly and professional. They kept everything they promised. The installation of the coffee machine took place on Friday evening in Brno, on a time when each of us prefers to be with our loved ones. And the co-owner was still waiting for the way back to Prague. All of this convinced me that they were doing their job well and with all their hearts.
P	Pavol Adámek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super customer care. Jak na prodejne, kde umi i fundovane poradit tak v pripade delivery. Pri objednavce a komunikaci nastali zmatky ohledne vyberu kuryrni sluzby(ja vybral PPL, ale dorucoval to pak Toptrans). Pri dotazani na doruceni nabidli okamzitou napravu a mlynek mi do 2 hodin dovezli po Praze sami. Lepsi nez Amazon Prime :-) Dekuji moc. Super customer care. Both in stores, where they can give sound advice in the case of delivery. When ordering and communicating, there was confusion about choosing a courier service (I chose PPL, but then delivered it to Toptrans). When asked for delivery, they offered an immediate remedy and delivered the grinder to me within Prague within 2 hours. Better than Amazon Prime :-) Thank you very much.
M	Matej Pecuš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal som sem na servis kávovar ktorý mal par problémov ale bol schopný spraviť kávu. 4 krát posunutý termín kedy bude kávovar opravený a nakoniec som dostal nefunkčný stroj, špinavý a ešte aj hrdzavý. Pán Michal sa asi snažil aspoň komunikovať ale servisné oddelenie asi úplne nefunguje a ešte aj klame. ??? To čo oni neboli schopný spraviť dva mesiace som si vyriešil sám ze 2 hodiny aj s objednaním ND. I put a coffee machine here that had a few problems but was able to make coffee. 4 times postponed the date when the coffee machine will be repaired and in the end I got a broken machine, dirty and even rusty. Mr. Michal probably tried to communicate, but the service department probably doesn't work at all and is still lying. ??? I resolved what they were not able to do for two months on my own from 2 hours, even with the order of a spare part.
