tímto bych chtěl pochválit Vaší zaměstnankyni za super přístup a ochotu poradit a pomoct zákazníkovi. I když jsem dorazil na prodejnu v pátek v 16.30 a potřeboval jsem pomoct s výběrem produktu pro moji střechu slečna mi řekla, že tohle přesně neví, jelikož takový dotaz neměla a tak mi řekla, že se pokusí, mi sehnat někoho kdo jí ten dotaz zodpoví. A hle podařilo se. Nečekal jsem takový pro klientský přístup a ochotu to řešit. Ještě jednou chválím Vaší zaměstnankyni a jsem potěšen nákupem. Vaši firmu lze jen doporučit.

Hereby I would like to commend your employee for the excellent attitude and willingness to advise and help the customer. Even though I arrived at the shop on Friday at 4.30 pm and I needed help choosing a product for my roof, the lady told me that she didn't know exactly because she didn't have such a question and she told me she would try to get me someone to answer that question . And behold. I did not expect such a client approach and willingness to solve it. Once again I praise your employee and I am pleased with the purchase. Your business can only be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ začalo to slibně, pomocí konfigurátoru je možné si zadat objednávku na materiál na oplechování, slíbené dodání do tří dnů. Za tři dny jsem dostal objednávku na jeden jednoduchý plech potvrzenou, zaplatil převodem a od té doby to už jen urguju. Ani po dvaceti pracovních dnech to není vyřízené.

In three days I received an order for one simple plate confirmed, paid by bank transfer and since then I have only urged it. Even after twenty working days, it is not settled.
