★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tea tastes good, but it is overpriced. I have been coming here since they opened up! I can overlook this if it weren’t for the attitude of their staff. After waited in line for 40’, I was told that milk tea with black rice wasn’t available. So I asked for a few minutes to choose another drink and got a very negative attitude back. ?… perhaps post a big sign to let people know certain drinks are not available so customers don’t waste their time waiting in line and don’t have to receive this kinda negative treatment from your staff? Just a suggestion! AND please don’t say something negative about customers in Viet, because some of us do understand!
More and more milk tea shops are opening in Prague, so I will relocate my milk tea cravings to somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so exited today to buy bubble tea with milk, unfortunately my experience was very bad. Waitress was very rude and rolling her eyes while talking to me, resisting answer questions and was very irritated by me, although i didnt say or do anything. Moreover they put whole ice into my tea and it was impossible to drink it. At the end of the day instead bubbles i got ice in my straw. I know better places to dring bubble tea in Prague.

Jasmínový mléčný čaj s tapiokou nebo bez - 11 out of 10. Tapioka was squishy and soft. Price is the same as in all Prague, around 115CZK per tea usually. Good way of treating yourself at the end of the week.
Staff working on 12.12 in evening were the best!
