★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a pity that place we were recommended appeares to be so dissappointing. First of all we were told the wrong price. My english is not so bad to make a mistake befween 1300 and 130 by voice. It sound too different. It was also our mistake of course not to check the price in paper, but the pronouncation of the seller was very legible and I even have no idea of this kind of mistake. We were really upset by the price appeares to be ten times bigger in paper than were said. The second upset was about timing. First of all diagnostics, which were told we will get on the second day was ready on monday (the order was at wednesday). It is awfull, when you really need the laptop quickly in your journey and diagnostics take so long, much longer than we could afford. If we were told about this timing, we'd refuses to do it at all. And because of this it looks like we pay for nothing: we had no time to any repair due to flight in wednesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have brought my HP printer which stopped to process paper properly following a transport by car. I found an intact black 5cm long and 2 cm wide plastic part which I gave the receptionist. I paid 665, CZK for diagnostics on 22nd June 2020.
On 30th June I was told the printer is ready for pick up and was considered unrepairable.
I brought the printer home and after quick survery was able to insert the black part in 5-7 minutes.
I do think these experts deliver suboptimal service.
