- There is no drinking water in the room
- the Internet works only at the reception area
- cleaners forget to refresh a bathroom stuff during the cleaning
- water pool outside isn't heated as described

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean hotel with friendly staff, lots of options for sport activities. Magnificent breakfast bufet - lots of options, lots of food, delicious. Staff always refills the food trails, always clean yr dirty plates. Very nice. Bathroom - specifically bathtub was unfortunately designed, it is impossible to take shower and not to flood the floor. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad internet connection. Far from city center. Little useless pool. Tennis game voice from outside in the rear rooms. No sleepers, no water heaters, little breakfast area. Just i can say rooms are clean and car parking area is big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is big, spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable. It is very quiet, the windows isolates the noises quite well and the building is far from the street. The breakfast was delicious and offer wide selection. One tiny thing that there is no power plug at the bed.

But comfortable and well appointed.
Restaurant and bar are well priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big hotel, no noise isolation at all, in the rooms in the ground floor (superior) you hear the people at the bar talking and screaming as they are sitting in your room. When you check out early 0545 to come to Prague airport there is no breakfast (ok, but you payed for it) but you have to pay a coffee at the reception.
This hotel didn't understand the term 'service minded' at all.
