Na otazku proc se neozvali, ze nemohou v danem case dostat zavazku, nebyli schopni odpovedet. Delivery was promised during the week. Pokúšal som si niečo objednať, nakoniec moju objednávku zrušili s tým, že ani za 5 prac. dní mi nevedia doručiť tovar, ktorý majú skladom. I absolutely do not recommend, great dissatisfaction. Pote nepochopitelne poslali zreklamovany vyrobek s dopisem, at penize vratime zpet ze reklamace nebyla uznana. Po celou dobu nereagovali na emaily, na telefony taktez ne. Nedoporucuji nikomu. Jiz nikdy vice zde neobjednam. Absolutely incapable of eshop. Complaints and after urgency on our part after the end of 30 days decided to return the money. The money was expected for another 3 weeks. Then, incomprehensibly, they sent the claimed product with a letter, so that the money we would return from the claim was not accepted. They didn't respond to emails all the time, not to phones either. I do not recommend to anyone. I will never order here again.

Nakonec rekli, ze zbozi je neopravitelne a posilaji nove, ale nic ve slibene lhute neprislo, bylo nutne opet urgovat a ted cekam, jestli zbozi dorazi. Pokud ano, tak vyrizeni reklamace trvalo mesic a pul a kdybych je nekolikrat neuhanel, tak bych se niceho nedockal.
