★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This facility was so easy to print what I needed. Just ensure you have emailed PDFs and documents to yourself.
It is more cost-effective to simply pull a badge from the basket near the entry door. Go to one of the multiple computer setups, scan the badge, login to your email, open your attched documents, and select printing. You will need to scan your badge for each print request. Once all requests are scanned to the badge, just go to a multifunction unit, scan your badge, and all requested documents will print as specified.
It was so easy and quick. The clerk scanned my badge to charge me per page. Much cheaper than standing in the long line to have the crew in the back print for me. I felt like an in the know local.
The reviews helped me understand the process before arriving, as well as the helpful clerk at the front desk. But I understand that desk is not always covered. Also, you will need to know how to generate the "@" in your email address on a Czech keyboard. I forget now but understand obtainable thru a simple Google search.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here 3 times and it was never smooth. The idea of self-service is great but the system isn't completely clear. And despite my good computer and printing skills I spent too much time trying to figure things out. And the worst part of it all is that staff are almost never there to help. So I'd rather look for a more convenient place to print things fast and without extra effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 300Kc for some docs for tax. Bad keyboards, weird processes, customers needing assistance constantly and not enough workers so you end up standing around wasting your time. A highly irritating and expensive place to print things.

Copy General, Senovážné nám. 26. Prague, 1 April, 2022. Truly bad experience! Unprofessional and unskillful staff.
I needed copies of two A5 pics and an one-page double-sided medical report, all in color. Three pages in all. Waited 30 minutes and then was presented with 3 utterly bad copies with smeared and partly faded colors. Sides on the double-sided misfit (text on the other side did not fit with the front side text). Was given an explanation that the process is not “copy on the copy machine” as I was hoping for, but “scan first, then arrange the scans, then print on the color printer”. In each of these three steps, I was said, the quality diminishes. I asked for better re-dones. Waited another 20 minutes then was shown even worse results. Had to pay for all six page screw-ups. Had an ugly verbal exchange with the store receptionist. Thrown away all 6 sheets and went to another copy shop for better results. This experience cost me over hundred czk. Copy General- never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly don't remember the names of the people who were helping me today but today (26th of May) a few assistants who were working with me were so friendly, polite and nice, understood my lil tricky assignment, did the perfect nice job with copying right sides of my bunch of documents stitched together. 10/10 for all of today's workers, loved it today :)
