The excellent reviews for this place are absolutely correct!  I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I checked the 20 Google reviews for this place: 19 reviews given 5 stars and 1 review given 4 stars! Seemed to good to be true. So, as I often do, I looked at the number of reviews per reviewer. Had a quick boo at them. Found them to be quite reasonable. Arrived at the shop at 9:05 a.m. on a Monday morning. One customer leaving and one customer (me) arriving. Very friendly, soft-spoken, somewhat balding middle-aged guy behind the counter. Asked him if he spoke English. His reply was ‘little’. Ok, by me. So just to make things a bit easier, I whipped out my IPad and showed him the Google Czech translation of what I wanted. (See below.) A big broad smile, a nod in the affirmative, and a price so reasonable that I doubled the order. This staff member was incredibly helpful - even offered to type in the WiFi code and the email address on my IPad for me. Asked if I needed the pages stapled (I didn’t) or if I needed an envelope in which to put the printouts (I didn’t, as I’d brought my own file folder). The whole printout session took less than 15 minutes! I will certainly be going back to this place for my next set of printouts! For future customers: Might be a good idea to prepare a brief request in your own language for what you want, then take along a Google translation with you. Can’t always assume that every staff member will understand your language.  ************************************  I would like an A4 printout of a pdf file. The file has 7 pages. I would like a double-sided printout, NOT a single-sided print out. And, I would like it in colour.
