★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just arrived with my 18 months old baby walking 3 kilometers to tell me they are closed. They are sitting inside looking at my son crying cause he is tired and they just smile. The internet site say they are open. They just sit inside with locked doors. What an awful service.

18 CZK for opening 1 PDF file if you ask for assistance. 3,70 CZK per BW page. LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You make a request online to pick up your order at a certain time and when you get there the place is closed. Lights on, computers on, tried to knock, call, no one in sight. At least update your website. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive. Place looks nice but they only point you to "there and print" and if you make a mistake, go over it again = pay more. Last timee it cost me 130,- juast to print a single A3 picture in color.

I requested invoice (faktura) but they denied to provide me, they said because I ordered little ( 4000 CZK), unbelivable and ridiculous! :)) Do they violate law while not providing customers ‘faktura’ even when customers request?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So over-priced!!! Shop assistant spoke very poor English and I was charged for documents that weren't even mine. The email I sent to Copygeneral contained one document I needed printing but when I got home I found documents that weren't mine, nor had I sent, yet I had been charged for.
And pricing is RIDICULOUS at this place, 15.7kc for one page - its daylight robbery!! I would highly recommend not going here, especially if you're a student.
