★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richtige Katastrophe. Druckerpatronen in original Verpackung. Einwandfrei ohne Schäden ect. Angebot erhalten 30 Euro + Mwst. erhalten. Kaufvertrag unterschrieben, patronen versendet. Bei Ankunft angeblich die Verpackung beschädigt. Bilder erhalten. Bilder von der Versanderpackung gibts keine. Nur noch 26 Euro inkl Mwst. Geld kam nicht, angeblich falsche Iban,Hat gestimmt. Ausrede ChefBuchhalter wäre nicht da. Es ging so viel falsch. Würde hier nicht nochmal was hin senden. Geld kam aus Polen.
 Real catastrophe. Printer cartridges in their original packaging. Impeccable without damage ect. Offer get 30 euros + VAT. receive. Sales contract signed, cartridges shipped. On arrival the packaging is said to be damaged. Get pictures. There are no pictures of the shipping package. Only 26 euros including VAT. No money came, supposedly false Iban, voted. Excuse chief accountant would not be there. So much went wrong. Wouldn't send anything here again. Money came from Poland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dostal som spravu, ako reakciu na moj inzerat, ze maju zaujem odkupit toner, ktory ponukam. Nasledne si vyziadali, aby som ho kategorizoval, potom poslal fotky a potom mi napisali, ze ho nemaju zaujem odkupit. Dokonala definicia mrhania casu.
EDIT: Kedze pan konatel nepravdivo oznacil moju recenziu za lzivu v ramci trhovej konkurencie (co je mimoriadne trapne, namiesto ospravedlnenia), tak som si dal tu namahu a prikladam screenshot z konverzacie so zastupkynou firmy Damedis. Pan Bruzek, tazko ma mozete mat v databaze zakaznikov, ked ste mi po celom cirkuse s fotkami a kategorizaciou napisali, ze nakoniec toner nekupite.

EDIT: Since the manager falsely described my review as false in the context of market competition (which is extremely embarrassing, instead of an excuse), I took the effort and attached a screenshot of a conversation with a representative of Damedis. Mr. Bruzek, you can hardly have me in the database of customers, when you wrote to me throughout the circus with photos and categorization that you would not buy toner in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U této firmy nakupuji již několik let. Nakupuji tam primárně alternativní tonery (100-200 ročně). Jsou to alternativní tonery, takže je třeba počítat s občasnými komplikacemi (reklamováno cca 5% tonerů). Co je hlavní, že jsou vždy vstřícní, případné problémy opravdu řeší, nikdy jsem neměla problém se domluvit na řešení - např. v rámci, co nejrychlejšího průběhu reklamace. Za mě mohu jedině doporučit.

The main thing is that they are always accommodating, they really solve potential problems, I have never had a problem agreeing on a solution - for example, as soon as possible during the complaint. I can only recommend for me.
