I can only recommend. Perhaps the results speak for themselves. In 9 months, 15 pounds down. And in addition, I gained muscle so no sagging skin. Joy to walk.

Chce to cas a usili aby clovek si vybudoval postavu a vytrvalost ale s pomoci a podporou skveleho trenera Honzy, jde to jak po masle! Uz po par mesicich jsem citila jak se mi zpevnelo telo a zlepsila se kondice. Urcite muzu jenom doporucit!
I have been going to Core Gym for over two years and I can say that I am most satisfied there! It takes time and they try to make a person build a figure and perseverance, but with the help and support of the great coach Honza, it's like butter! After a few months, I felt how my body had strengthened and my condition had improved. I can definitely only recommend!
