I když na FB stránkách bylo uvedeno, že objednávky vyřizují a je možné je kontaktovat takto. Po otevření obchodu jsme je tedy navštívili. Paní prodavačka podávala chybne informace, fronty na hodinu. Za fronty nemůže, ale mohli být menší, kdyby neobsluhovala jen jedna prodavačka a druhá se nevěnovala počítači. No... Proste hrůza. At the time when the shops were closed due to Covid, they could not be called and contact via e-mail was not possible. Although it was stated on the FB website that they process orders and it is possible to contact them as follows. So after we opened the store, we visited them. The saleswoman gave incorrect information, queuing for an hour. She can't queue, but they could have been smaller if she hadn't been served by just one saleswoman and the other by a computer. Well ... Just horror.
L	Lucik Cimova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chápu, že před Vánoci ještě v době Covidu je chaos a spousta lidí, ale že zde je naprosto nevyškolený personál, kdy člověk přijde do obchodu, do kterého se nedalo při uzavření ani dovolat ani dopsat....a paní prodavačka nabídne kus, který ale vzápětí řekne, že prodat nemůže a že nemá teď čas to s vámi řešit...a po zdlouhavém objednání kusů na prodejnu, kdy se muselo zboží zarezervovat, volat a znovu vystát fronta...zjistíme, že přívěsky, které jsme si objednali s tím...tak nejsou, i když měly být schovány! ... A nakonec zjistíme, že se na vybrané ani nevztahuje tolik vnucovaná akce 2+1... Tak to už je vrchol všeho. ? Neprofesionální přístup, neinformované prodavačky a nesmyslný systém... Trapné je, kolik peněz tu lidé nechávají a přístup je absolutně neadekvátní. I understand that before Christmas there is still chaos and a lot of people in Covid's time, but that there is a completely untrained staff when you come to a store that could not be called or written on at the time of closing .... but then he says that he can't sell and that he doesn't have time to deal with you now ... and after a lengthy order of pieces for the store, when the goods had to be reserved, called and the queue again ... we find that the pendants we ordered with that ... they are not, even if they were supposed to be hidden! ... And finally, we find out that the selected is not even subject to the much-enforced 2 + 1 action ... So that's the culmination of everything. ? Unprofessional approach, uninformed saleswomen and a nonsensical system ... It is embarrassing how much money people leave here and the approach is absolutely inadequate.

Slibují akce a když se na to zeptáte, tak to nemají skladem, ale když vám to přijde divné a do obchodu si poté zavoláte,tak vám řeknou, že to skladem mají, že můžete přijít. To si pak připadáte jako trouba. Tak komunikujete e-mailem s vedením celého řetězce, jenže ti vám napíšou, že akce už skončila. Tak to už si nepřipadáte jako trouba, ale jako pitomec. Trochu mi to zavání klamáním spotřebitele. Myslím, že nakupovat tam už asi nebudu. I don't know what to think about this business. Then you feel like an oven. So you communicate by e-mail with the management of the whole chain, but they will tell you that the event is over. So you no longer feel like an oven, but like an idiot.
