A very "NON-CORRECT" company, which went through insolvency and still leases through its newly established company. CORIS Realitní Praha also has flats in a catastrophic condition, it does not take care of its tenants, does not communicate, lies and shows signs of factual deception when it misleads people, not to mention that it does not return the deposit that the client invests when signing the lease. To this end, it falsely informs those interested in the apartment and about the electricity charges. Thanks to false information (see the rating below), the apartment user then falls into a debt trap because he charges over 20 to 30,000 CZK for 5 months for electricity! The only solution to this frivolous company is a LAWYER and then file a complaint with the court to issue an execution order. This is probably the only speech given by some companies. and entrepreneurs in this state understand. Basically, this company is led by Mrs. Šimůnková and Urbanová, I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
