From initial communication to working through logistics to collection and delivery, we can’t rate Radek highly enough. We needed to transfer house contents in Ireland to two countries via one van, first London, then Prague. Radek was transparent with all prices and information, quick to respond to emails and worked closely to plan our needs. During the extraordinary circumstances of 2020 surrounding this move, Radek’s solution was one of the smoother elements in our situation and his company the best of all providers we assessed. Picked up on time, loaded fast, and expedited over 1 tonne of belongings to UK & CZ, unloading quickly and carefully within estimated arrival times. Thanks so much to Radek and Michal, our driver. Move with them, you will be satisfied.

They honestly saved us money at the speed they moved. Furthermore, they were kind, courteous, efficient and extremely professional. The driver’s English was good and so was the price! Radek communicated very well with me on email and Whatsapp. I have honestly never moved with such a professional team and can HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in Prague.

We have now used them three times - they moved my daughter from the UK to South Bohemia in November 2020, just before Brexit was finalised, and moved my belongings in the same direction, but on a split move, in October and November this year. It was therefore possible to directly compare the added (and ludicrous) difficulties caused by Brexit. However, Radek's calm and positive attitude to all problems smoothed the way. He responds at once to anxious queries and provides guidance at all stages in flawless English. His team ( I think we have now met five different members) all work swiftly and with great skill and good humour. It is invidious to pick anyone out but the splendid Honza has been there each time and we know we are in very safe hands! The price quoted was way below other quotes we had for the first journey. I didn't bother to seek other quotes for the second and third trips. I devoutly hope never to move house again, but should it become necessary I know exactly where to go. Thank you Radek and team!

Before finding Radek's MoveNow, I received a very expensive quote from a well-established company, where they wanted me to agree also on extra surcharges on the moving day for "unknown reasons". Ridiculous to say the least. Then I got a tip about MoveNow. Contacted Radek and got a very reasonable quote. This has been a 7 star service, not just 5. Communication with Radek has been stellar. This is actually how you should do business if you want to keep your customers. His team is great as well and all were on time. Every step of the moving has been managed very professionally and I could not be happier. For my next move I now know exactly where to go. From my experience the two most importnt things you want from a moving company are price fairness and good communication. With Radek both of these are assured. Highly recommended
