★ ★ ★ ★ ★ someone once took photos of me eating chocolate covered strawberries here. and I'm not mad about it. but what upsets me is that when I asked to see the photos to see if they are food. the people pretended that they weren't taking photos of us... very disappointed because I wanted to see if I looked good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, 20 minutes to close and didn't allowed to have coffee there, only to go. Went to svetozor in the last floor that offered much better offer and employees are not lazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes, I do not understand why some people work in jobs they clearly do not like. I generally like Costa, but here, the staff clearly did not have their day. Batista was pretty rude, so I am not coming back again. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to wait for early check out and late flight. With big size luggage, space here is not a problem. Free wifi and convenient recharge also toilet nearby. Metro A is located in same level. So stay here is better than fool around in Airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and always plenty of snack/food options. It's cosy and has a good amount of seating available (but it does get busy so not always). Conveniently right by the free toilets in the mall too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard Costa Coffee. If u love it,u'll enjoy it as I do.Flora is a mid shopping centre with many different shops & a huge movies venue. Very conveniently located on a metro station & several bus & tram lines passing just by. Convenient underground parking lot,4 floors deep. Beware week ends, always extremely crowded.
