★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with iLoveServis at the Flora location. I brought in my shattered iPhone 5 and told me they'd be able to fix it in an hour and a half at a good price. When I came back later there was some troubles with the battery and the software. They could have given up, but they kept trying to fix it for me. When I came back later there was an issue with the iCloud account and the SIM card, again they could have given up but they were determined. I went back today and it was all fixed and in perfect working condition! I also got 15% off the screen protector for using their services. Lucie and Vlarka did an incredible job. It was by far the best service I've ever received in the CZ, but maybe even in my life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad work... they basically stuck the camera onto my phone with superglue, and left all the dust inside.. and still charged me! A obviously I had to get it fixed again entirely...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store with the purpose of having an external clean up (hardware) and I was asked to provide my PIN. When I asked for the reason , I was told it was necessary to test the phone. I do not understand why the PIN code was needed and I was not convinced after employee's explanation, so I cannot recommend this service. Moreover, for the type of operation , it is too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on the reviews I took my phone that is stuck on boot loop to this shop. I told as per your reviews it seems you can help me to save my data. the consultant give me a surprised look and said that he is not aware of them. the only thing he can do is to restore my iPhone (which I could have done myself @ home). I asked him whether we could re-install the firmware and his answer was no. Since the review did not represent reality, I would not suggest taking your phone to this shop if your iPhone is stuck on the boot loop. They won't be able to help you. don't be misguided by the positive reviews.

I came with fears that I will lose my data on freshly broken phone and the amazing technician helped me to bring to life not only the one freshly broken phone, but also one which was laying in the drawer for some time, because other servise refused to repair it. Data from both phones are rescued, both phones are working. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Děkuji, můžu jen doporučit! (pobočka NC, Královo Pole)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my iphone to repair broken display. Not only the price is almost half of the phone's price, but they also returned the phone without the rear camera glass cover. "we dont know why, it is missing, but we can replace for 890 CZK (the price of the hardware is 120 CZK and you dont even need to dismantle your phone to change it)". Sorry, not sorry - not recommended at all. If you ever must use this service, check your iphone very carefully. You might be very unpleasantly surprised when retrieving it "repaired".
Jako pardon, ale aby mi pri predani telefonu bylo receno "jeste tam upadlo sklicko kamery, pardon, za 890 vam to spravime", tak to asi jako dik. Rozhodne nedoporucuji. A pokud uz budete v nouzi, tak si telefon peclive zkontrolujte, jestli pak vam nebudou tvrdit, ze ho mate rozbitej vic, nez jste si mysleli.
