★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sort of a sub-par experience.. What should have been in stock according to website is backordered. But to be honest prices close to wholesale ones. The shop itself is less than sub-par with ridiculous amount of wait time even totally empty...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignore the the appearance, it is not a beauty salon. I've been to the more shiny show rooms of the competition which didn't help me getting a decent price on products.
The staff was attentive, fast and friendly, even speaking English without hesitation.

Nice prices though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After buying a pair of wireless earphones and noticing that they fall from my ears, I went back to this company to return them. They wouldn't accept them back stating a very ambigous law which doesn't allow returning of non-hygienic items. It is a law that can be interpreted. Alza and Datart accepts earphones returns and one can also buy earphones that have been returned from them. Apparently Softcom has decided to interpret the law in their favor. I was told to sell them myself... There is no way to test earphones so no way to see of they fit in the ear or not.

Few desks with people on computers, pay, go to another desk, pick up and that s all.
