N	Nikola Výborná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezké prostředí, ale to je tak všechno! Do letního smoothie jsem dostala místo jablečného džusu vodu a tak jsem si zaplatila 60Kč za vodu z kohoutku s jahodami!! Po dotázaní mi slečna sdělila, že se to musí naředit vodou, aby to nebylo tak husté. Udělala ze mě absolutního blbce - jako by voda měla jinou konzistenci, než jablečný džus! V Costě jsem pracovala při studiu univerzit v Británii 5 let, takže recepty znám. Bohužel si tato pobočka britského řetězce z UK přinesla pouze jméno!! Co takhle se příště omluvit, nabídnout vrácení peněz nebo něco jiného a zákusek k tomu?!! Ceny jako v Británii, ale úroveň chování level hadra!! They put water instead of juice into my smoothie and when I asked them about it I got told that water has to be added otherwise it would be too rich! (Apple Juice has the same consistency as water!) Worked in the busiest Costa DT in the U.K. for 5 years when studying Uni in the UK and I was never allowed to make such as mistake! Prices same as in the U.K. but customer service just as bad as in other places in Prague Nice environment, but that's all! I got water for the summer smoothie instead of apple juice, so I paid CZK 60 for tap water with strawberries !! When asked, the young lady told me that it had to be diluted with water so that it would not be so thick. She made me an absolute jerk - as if the water had a different consistency than apple juice! I worked at Costa while studying at universities in Britain for 5 years, so I know the recipes. Unfortunately, this branch of the British chain from the UK only brought its name !! How about apologizing next time, offering a refund or something else and a dessert? !! Prices as in Britain, but the level of behavior level rag !! Dnes si byl manžel pro kafe na pobočce v Quadriu, obsluha před ním obsloužila své známé, kteří přišli po něm. Posyp na kávu dostal jiný než byl v nabídce. Brčko se v nápoji po chvilce rozpustilo. Když si manžel na toto chování stěžoval, obsluha se mu vysmála. Už nikdy. I'm definitely done with Costa Coffee. Reluctant to operate, slow. Today, his husband was for coffee at the Quadria branch, and the staff in front of him served their acquaintances who had come after him. The coffee sprinkler got a different one than was on offer. The straw dissolved in the drink after a while. When the husband complained about this behavior, the staff laughed at him. Never.
