S takovým jednáním jsme se ještě nesetkali a snad již nikdy nesetkáme. Lidé s takovým jednáním a přístupem ke svým klientům nemají v ubytovacích službách co dělat. Raději budeme ubytováni v jednoduchém srubu, ale v prostředí, které má na svědomí ruka milých lidí, než u majitelů, kteří se neprávem ke svým klientům chovají nepřátelsky. Ráda komukoliv poskytnu bližší informace týkající se naší krajně nepříjemné zkušenosti. The property is, without a doubt, nice. We would rather be accommodated in a simple log cabin, but in an environment that was created by a hand of a nice and lovely people, than in a property owned by those who treat their clients in an unfair and hostile way. I will gladly share more detailed information about our extremely unpleasant experience. Roubenka is undoubtedly nice, but unfortunately, it does not balance absolutely unprofessional and hostile behavior of Štengl owners. We have not yet met such negotiations and we will never meet again. People with such behavior and access to their clients have nothing to do in accommodation services. We would rather be housed in a simple log cabin, but in an environment that is handled by the hands of nice people, rather than by the owners who are unfairly hostile to their clients. Nechápu jak, kdosi nepodepsán pod svou recenzi poškodí svým postojem majitele roubenky aniž by tam byl. Zřejmě těžká závist, takový sem opravdu nepatří. Winner "timber of the year" is a beautiful and unique timber house Melánka. I do not understand how somebody unsigned under her review will damage her timber owner's attitude without being there. Obviously a heavy envy, this is not really the case.

Pec, trouba, dřevo... vše vytváří atmosféru nezapomenutelnou a kouzelnou. Vezměte si knížku, TV programy nechte doma a užijte si život před sto lety. Jako bonus je neuvěřitelně milá paní majitelka. Interiér je zariadený štýlovo a hlavne veľmi vkusne, vybavený dobovými artefaktmi, uprostred dominuje krásna kachľová pec. V zime každý ocení saunu, v lete vonkajší altán s grilom. Hoci sa chalupa nenachádza „na samote“, zeleň na pozemku poskytuje pocit súkromia. V celej roubenke je nádherne čisto a voňavo, pani majiteľka je skutočne profesionálny a milý ubytovateľ. The whole log cabin is wonderfully clean and fragrant, the owner is a really professional and nice landlord.
