★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, in todays world still we can see signs of discrimination. Really sad to see the behaviour of "Bristas" toward "english speaking people"... surprisingly who did that is a manager (lady with blonde hair)... hopefully owner of cafe gonna read my review and tell her customer service which includes respect, being friendly and humanity are basics for servants.
I wish I was able to not give even one star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to grab a take away coffee. There are also tables if you would like to stay. This cafe is located in the middle of large hall inside the office building; there is no toilet for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very nice. It got perfect atmosphere for studying or reading. However, all positive experience got ruined with a shopping mall security guy who came and yelled at us because we were still sitting 5 minutes before the closing. As much as this is not the coffee shop staff fault, its management should do something about such attitude of security workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best orange fresh juice in Prague! Seriously! My mouth is watering right now just by looking at these testimonies. Every time I go to Karlovo Namesti, I need to go to Crosscafe for the orange fresh juice and the banana bread which, by the way, is excellent. I also purchased from here roasted coffee which I kindly asked one of the girls to grind it for me which she did. Thank you Crosscafe for excellent customer service, outstanding orange fresh juice, banana bread and sandwiches! I almost forgot about the exquisite cakes! Yummy, yummy!
