Inconspicuous shop, for glass lovers of "Lednicke Rovne" definitely a tip for a nice present or souvenir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné sklo pro různé příležitosti. Skvěle mi poradili, jaké sklo se na co hodí. Takže na párty nebudu za troubu co naleje bílé víno do skleniček na červené. Vánoční ozdoby a další drobný sortiment je vážně famózní.
Beautiful glass for different occasions. They gave me great advice on what glass is suitable for what. So at the party I won't be behind the oven pouring white wine into red glasses. Christmas decorations and other small assortment is really famous.

Při vyzvednutí balíku jsem platila kartou, na terminalu byla platba schválená i v mobilním bankovnictví mi peníze odešli, nicméně prodavač tvrdil že platba neproběhla a požadoval po mě hotovost. I na opakované upozornění že chyba není na mé straně, pán se choval velmi agresivně a tvrdil že to jeho problém není a balík mi nevydá. Já jsem tedy musela volat na zásilkovnu, kde mi tři lidé potvrdili že ja objednávka zaplacená, ale prodavač mi stále balík nechtěl vydat. Nakonec asi po 15 minutách kdy se i velmi nepříjemě a hrubě choval k technikům na zasilkovně mi konečne balík vydal. NEDOPRUČUJI!!!
Very unpleasant experience! When picking up the package, I paid by card, the payment was approved at the terminal and the money was sent to me in mobile banking, however, the seller claimed that the payment had not taken place and demanded cash from me. Even on the repeated warning that the error is not on my side, the gentleman was very aggressive and claimed that it was not his problem and the package would not give me. So I had to call the courier, where three people confirmed that my order had been paid, but the salesman still didn't want to give me the package. In the end, after about 15 minutes, when he was very uncomfortable and rude to the technicians at the shipyard, he finally gave me the package. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
