J	Jaromir Sprosec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi často nefunkční služba vkládání bankovek, čas kdy jde vkládat do bankomatu se na této pobočce dá měřit v úseku dnů aniž by došlo k potížím. Bohužel tuto banku na rozdíl ode mne využívá obchodní partner. Údajně jde o vinu klientů, ovšem v tomto případě jde spíše o neochotu banky vyměnit zastaralý bankomat. U mé banky se za 6 let nestalo aby tato služba byla nefunkční, také tam uvnitř není celý podzim naváté staré spadané listí, zaprášené pavučiny či týden se povalující plechovka, ergo na vině nejsou neukáznění klienti jak je bankou nefunkčnost zdůvodňována. I když zaměstnanci pobočky o nefunkčnosti vědí, nedají na přístroj upozornění, tudíž čekám na bankomat a teprve po vložení karty a zadání pinu se objeví informace na obrazovce. Z mého pohledu jde o naprosto nekorektní banku jak službami finančními tak i díky výše zmíněnému. PS: Dovolat se do této banky zda je bankomat již v provozu možné evidentně není. Po příchodu na pobočku o schůzce nikdo nevěděl a nikdo tam prý účet zařídit neumí, že to prý umí jen v pátek. Neskutečně nezákaznický přístup a ztráta času. Vypadalo to, že většina okýnek (či spíše stolů) bylo v provozu. I can't agree with the negative reviews I see here. My visit was quick.
