★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani z ČSOB si u nás urobila skvelú vizitku. V Reiffeisen nás nechali sedieť 20 minút a nevenovali sa nám, ani nás len nepozdravili. Ona sa nám venovala a pomohla založiť účet, aj keď už o pár minút končila, bola milá, ochotná, dala nám vodu a cítili sme sa príjemne. Palec hore!
The lady from ČSOB made a great business card with us. At Reiffeisen they let us sit for 20 minutes and they didn't pay attention to us or greet us. She took care of us and helped us set up an account, even though she was done in a few minutes, she was nice, helpful, gave us water and we felt comfortable. Thumb up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem na pobočku, ze potřebuji něco s stavebním spořením, které u vás mám, odpověď vašich zaměstnanců byla jedné, ze nemá čas ze ji přijde klient, zeptal jsem se tedy kolegy, ten mi řekl hnedka já nemám certifikat, nikdo jiný tam nebyl, tak jsem se zeptal te kolegyně na jak dlouho to má jestli by jsme to mohli řešit potom, odpověděla mi ze na mě nemá čas at du pryč… nehorázné jednání..
