T	Tomáš Oberländer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes dopoledne na pobočce ČSOB Hůrka jsem po 45 minutách čekání od paní, co zařizuje hypotéky zjistil, že si všechno mám vyřídit online a neotravovat na pobočce. Po zrušení pobočky na Lukách, kde všechno fungovalo jsem byl nucen jet na Hůrku. Ovšem po druhé návštěvě už mě tam neuvidíte. Člověk odchází s pocitem, že by nejraději hned změnil banku. Pak zajede na Radlickou a přesně za 9 minut je všechno vyřešené bez problémů, bez protáčení očí a ke spokojenosti. Кароче, карту открыла, сотрудник сразу установил мне все необходимые приложения на телефон, всё настроил. Карту забрала, все очень хорошо. Немножко минусов, у нас тут маленькое отделение, потому очереди, но плюс, за открытие счета в банке дают ? на счёт. Очень даже рекомендую. Prostředí banky je klidné a profi. Mrs. Zedníková is simply the best! Always in a good mood, helpful and kind. He can advise on investments and other products of the bank.
