Je to nejhorsi pobocka jakou jsem v živote zažila a to jsem kdysi v bance delala.Kdyz vojdete na pobočku nikdo Vas nema ani ochotu pozdraviť!To ze nemeli pracovníčky respirátory to není ani podstatne.Kdyz ich pozdravite a poprosite o vseob.infornace pretože jse ich klient vynadaji Vam nebo reknou!!!ze oni to neznaji!!!! Nemaji ani pojem o základných informácich, ktoré si muzete dohledat na webe!!Konkrétne pani Romana Koutna je maximálne neochotna kde se k ni na pomoc taky s neochotou pridala i kolegyne!Pán manažér pobocky nas vyprovadzal slovami klidne se stezujte ja jsem tu manazer!!!!Zadná ochota ani úcta ku klientom!!!!Nejhorsi pobocka CSOB poisteni v Praze a možná i v cele CR!!!
Hello, I would give 0 or -1 for this branch! It's the worst branch I've ever seen in my life, and that's what I used to do at the bank. the client will scold you or tell you !!! that they don't know it !!!! Ms. Romana Koutna is extremely reluctant, where her colleague reluctantly joined her to help her as well! !! No willingness or respect for clients !!!! The worst CSOB branch insured in Prague and maybe in the CR cell !!!
