I am writing a comment at the main office because no one is giving information, I have applied to the #ČSOB branch ten times and no attention or answers or attempts to understand the situation. (This comment will disappear if the situation is resolved) The situation is absurd, the bank robbed me (literally) for 66 thousand 800 crowns. (41,800 and 25,000. 2 transactions) 2 transactions were blocked at the request of the police (because the person indicated that the money was sent to the wrong recipient is a lie) and 1 was withdrawn from the account without explanation and warning and without asking me what the transaction was. According to the lawyer, ČSOB did not have the right to debit the account. I have provided my services and I have a contract of sale (the person turned out to be a fraudster and simply reported that he sent the wrong transfer and the bank will withdraw money from my account without clarification)
Yes, absurd. But ČSOB did so at the request of another bank (Komerční banka #KB, as a client of KB bank applied for a refund). Therefore, to trust this bank or not - you choose. I simply share my experience of working with this ČSOB bank and its attitude to my clients.
