★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High level of incompetence and inability to communicate in english. Not a single person speaks english and i was treated rudely - i told them i dont speak czech well and the banker started to ramble in czech anyway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. 2 employees who clearly didn't want to work, and it was 10:30 am. The receptionist asked her colleague to help me to close my bank account, she refused and sent me to another agency. CSOB customer hotline confirmed I could close my account in any agency regardless where my account was sitting.
