All elevators, including service, inspections, reliability are in perfect order, the company responds immediately, however, in the 15 years that we live in the house, it did not happen that the elevators did not work!

Na nahlášené poruchy, kterých není moc, reagují ten samý den. S firmou je velmi dobrá domluva. Mohu s klidným svědomím doporučit. Za BD V Rohu - R. R	Radim Šimák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výtah nemáme v baráku ani rok a stále nějaká porucha (výtah z dob komunismu byl mnohem spolehlivější a i rychlejší!). Když jsem se snažil komunikovat s řemeslníky, kteří přišli na jednu z prvních oprav - pár týdnů po uvedení do provozu, tak byli velice nepříjemní. Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI. We haven't had a lift in our house for a year and we still have some failure (a lift from Communist times was much more reliable and faster!). When I tried to communicate with the craftsmen who came to one of the first repairs - a few weeks after commissioning, they were very uncomfortable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Dveře vůbec nedetekují překážku v cestě. Že musím ručně tlačítkem mačkat zavírání dveří, přestože jsem už zvolil patro? Kdo to kdy viděl. Výtah je po zavření dveří achopný zapomenout patro a ani se nerozjede. Nejhorší výtah ever. Elevator reactions are like a slow motion film. When I move and the elevator ends in loading mode, the door starts to close quietly on me and push on me. The door does not detect an obstacle at all. That I have to manually press the door to close the door, even though I've already selected the floor? Who ever saw it. After closing the door, the elevator is able to forget the floor and won't even start. The worst elevator ever.

Hlavně je to o komunikaci.Jednání příjemné a profesionální.když dnes vidím trápení u jiných domů, jsem za ně rád. We have had a new elevator for 3 years, all services, problems solved efficiently.
