Objednaný dort byl přesně podle mých představ, marcipánové figurky nádherně a precizně vytvarované. Opravdu nádhera! Mimo jiné, i přes aktuální ne příliš kladnou situaci z obou slečen, prodavaček, vyzařuje skvělá nálada, úsměv od ucha k uchu, i přes roušku. :-) I would like to commend the very warm attitude of all employees. The ordered cake was exactly according to my ideas, marzipan figurines beautifully and precisely shaped. Really beautiful! Among other things, despite the current not very positive situation from both girls, the saleswomen, a great mood radiates, a smile from ear to ear, even through the veil. :-)

I	Ivana Janíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, bohužel moje zkušenost s cukrárnou velice špatná. Zákusky sice dobré, ale obsluha měla chování " řeznického psa". V sobotu 19.6. jsme byly vyzvednou předem objednané větší množství zákusků. Chtěly jsme s mamkou pár kousků přidat, obsluha nám tedy do krabice přidala 5ks kokosových lahůdek, načež jsme změnily výběr a slušně požádaly o změnu inkriminovaných 5ks( jinak kokosové lahůdky jsou velmi dobře skladné obdélníčky, takže to bylo zdržení pro obsluhu cca 10sekund), načež se na nás obsluha obořila velice nevhodným tónem, že si zřejmě děláme srandu. Podotýkám, že v cukrárně vůbec nikdo nebyl, nikoho jsme nezdržovaly... Kdybych tam byla sama a zákusky byly pro mne, tak se otočím a nevezmu si ani ty objednané. Takže Vanilka nikdy více. We were picking up a pre-ordered larger amount of desserts. My mother and I wanted to add a few pieces, so the staff added 5 pieces of coconut delicacies to the box, after which we changed the selection and politely asked for a change of incriminated 5 pieces (otherwise coconut delicacies are very well folded rectangles, so it was a delay for about 10 seconds) the staff attacked us in a very inappropriate tone that we were probably kidding. I note that there was no one at all in the confectionery, we did not delay anyone ... If I was there alone and the desserts were for me, I would turn around and not take the ordered ones either. So vanilla never again.
A	Autoservis Cajk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodime relativne do cukrarny pro zakusky cca 20x do roka a zakusky sme si u vanilky oblibyla a dnes 15.1.2022 jsme narazily na slecnu prodavacku s pristupem arogantni neprijemne a neochotne osoby ktera se vsim mnela problem a vse musela negativne komentovat. Zrejmne sme nebyly sami ponevac pred prodejnou asi nekdo jako ja vzteky zahodil dysko radeji na zem ji ho nechal. Velmi to kazi reputaci tak dobre cukrarny a jestli bude toto pretrvavat aby mi prehazoval nekdo zakusky rukou z rukavici z bedny na tacek vstekle ze je zvrchu chytl jak bagr cihlu tak opravdu radeji zkoncim u hrusky s oplatkama. Čekáte ve frontě před poledni pauzou a když už se na vás konečně dostane, paní řekne... přijeďte později teď mám pauzu..z jedné strany pochopitelné, z druhé ne... excellent products, in my opinion reluctant service.
