★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty OK place. The breakfast options are pretty standard - not bad, not great, just OK. The cupcakes are fine. The staff is nice but quite slow. The ambience is meh, we did not feel cozy.
Do not take me wrong, this is still one of the few places in the area where you actually even can get a decent breakfast, it’s just that it’s pretty average.
Do visit for a casual breakfast but do not expect anything memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Client service is the most important aspect to take into account when you have these kind of services. We have been having a really REALLY bad experience with the staff there, the services is TERRIBLE. They treat people SO BAD, and it is not right. It does not matter if you are the best restaurant in the world, when people are not nice, anything goes well in life, mostly for the kind of services. It was a terrible and sad experience that I’m not gonna explain in details but the staff was so disrespectful, humiliating and rude. They started to scream everywhere and made a huge deal saying horrible things to us. The most important part is that the boss came and she did act the same. Anyways, to much arguing for today ? but please if you wanna have good time for lunch, do not go there!
Sadly if you read the comments they are always complaining about the services, and anything happens! ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant waitresses and poor service. I was there during lunchtime and place seemed understaffed. I've ordered a vegetarian soup but got a soup with meat. Realized it after waitress left our table. Then had to wait for 10 min. in the queue to the cash desk to explain that my order was wrong. However lady behind the cash didn't let me explain the situation as apparently she was in a bad mood because the client before me was also complaining on the poor service and long waiting time. I gave up and ordered a vegetarian meal. When it hasn't arrived I decided to leave the place and went to pay for a meat soup I haven't even ordered. I told the waitress who was taking my order (as she was behind the counter) that she mixed my order and I didn't get what I wanted, but she completely ignored me and was staring in the space in front of her. It's a shame that staff behaves like this, because the food it's quite good. Additionally it's not a very English speaking place as very often they just keep asking questions in Czech even though the customer speaks English from the very beginning.
Additionally, I don't post google reviews at all but "Cup and Cake" made me do it... Beware
