★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Psala jsem na email i na instagram. Mela jsem zájem o dort na narozeniny pro dceru. Ackoliv pridava pani prispevky na instagram na zpravu neodepsala at uz na instagramu tak na emailu asi ma v dobe nouzoveho stavu sezonu svateb. Skoda. Za me jedna hvezda! neprofesionalni chovani.
 I wrote by email and instagram. I was interested in a birthday cake for my daughter. Although the lady adds contributions to the instagram to the message, she did not write off even on the instagram, so she probably has a wedding season on the email during the emergency. Damage. One star for me! unprofessional behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme si zde svatební dort a můžu s klidem říct, že to byl jeden z nejlepších dortů, co jsem kdy jedl. Byl to třípatrový dort, který měl každé patro z jiného korpusu a shodli jsme se, že za nás je nejlepší korpus pistáciový. Všechno včetně konzultací i dovozu dortu proběhlo bez problému.
We ordered a wedding cake here and I can safely say that it was one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. It was a three-tier cake that had each floor from a different corpus, and we agreed that the best pistachio corpus was for us. Everything, including consultations and the import of the cake, went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávala jsem svatební dort a sweet bar. Psala jsem email a několikrát i volala pro potvrzení. V den D, kdy jsem měla vyzvednout dort a další sladké mě čekalo nemilé překvapení. Bohužel si zaměstnanci nevšimli, že mám zaplacené i minitartaletky, které v domluvený čas nebyly hotové. Tohle by se opravdu nemělo stávat, především ne v den svatby. Slečna však byla schopná do 25 min tartaletky dopéct, což mohu vyzdvihnout, ale nemění to komplikace, které pak nastaly kvůli zpoždění.
Co se týče chuti dortu a celkového vzhledu: ??⭐️ Opravdu chutné a krásné zákusky.
Komunika a spolehlivost: ?? pro příště doporučuji objednávky kontrolovat.
I ordered a wedding cake and a sweet bar. I wrote an email and called several times for confirmation. An unpleasant surprise awaited me on D-Day, when I was supposed to pick up a cake and another sweet one. Unfortunately, the employees did not notice that I also paid for mini-pallets, which were not finished at the agreed time. This really shouldn't happen, especially not on a wedding day. However, the young lady was able to bake the tartlet within 25 minutes, which I can highlight, but it does not change the complications that then occurred due to the delay.
As for the taste of the cake and the overall look: ??⭐️ Really tasty and beautiful desserts.
Communication and reliability: ?? I recommend checking orders next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Věřili byste tomu že je to dort ? neskutečné, moc šikovné slečny. dozvěděl jsem se o nich v kavárně cup And cake, kde jsem se ptal odkud mají ty cheesecaky a cupcaky, no a ony jsou z nedaleké pekárny, která patří k nim ! hned jsme vyzkoušeli i dort na oslavu a neskutečný. děkujeme.
Would you believe it's a cake? unreal, very clever girls. I found out about them at the Cup And Cake cafe, where I asked where they got the cheesecakes and cupcakes, and they're from a nearby bakery that belongs to them! We immediately tried the cake to celebrate and unreal. thank you.

sadly I didn't receive the cake I ordered, I saw it at home that it has a different color, different piping, different design.
I paid a lot for a cake I didn't order but my daughter needs a birthday cake.
of course the dear owner said
IF I DONT LIKE IT THEN GO TO MY OWN COUNTRY BECAUSE THIS IS CZECH REPUBLIC.
And the cake cannot be made the same I ordered.
but she confirmed a month ago that she can make it.
now she sais that I should bring back the cake, and she pays me back so I wouldn't have a cake for my daughter.
no other offer.
or I keep it and go back to my own country.
I was a frequent buyer at Cup and Cake but this is officially over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my (at that moment future) husband have tried more that 10+ places for our wedding cake. This one was it - the sponge was incredibly soft and they have adjusted our cake towards our wedding theme - we had burgundy dark red wedding. I will be honest - the cake disappeared immediately and we had almost nothing to take home after our wedding (some people ate 3-4 pieces of cake within the event itself!). Special thanks also for small desserts as all of them looked more than lovely and you can see that there is a lot of love put in it. From now on - when we need a cake - definitely from this place! ❤️ thank you very very much!
