★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulová profesionalita. Již tři týdny, možná i déle se snažím sehnat termín, bohužel telefony nikdo z kadeřníků nezvedá, vždy pošlou pouze SMS na kterou odpovím a tím konverzace končí. Žádná další odpověď, žádné nabídnuti termínu.. Nechápu jak může mít tento salon vůbec nějaké klienty, když se bojí komunikovat po telefonu. Takový přístup jsem opravdu nikde nezažila.
 Zero professionalism. For three weeks now, maybe even longer I have been trying to find an appointment, unfortunately none of the hairdressers will answer the phones, they will always send only an SMS to which I will answer and thus the conversation ends. No more answers, no deadlines offered. I don't understand how this salon can have any clients at all when they are afraid to communicate by phone. I have not really experienced such an approach anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get an appointment in person, not even immediately but for another week, but the lady didn't speak English, and just kept saying they are full and 'no'. Mind you, the salon was empty in the middle of the day. Anyway, very unpleasant experience. I was ready to leave money for several services at this place, but I won't try asking again.

Mrs. Barbora is very professional, and obviously she loves what she does - she could understand exactly what I want and did it in the best way. She is also a very nice and smiley person. Now my hair looks great! I left the salon in the best mood. Thank you, I’ll come again and again. Highly recommend!
