Tohle je jediný obchod, kde mi poradili a vybrali kolo dle mého stylu a potřeby, to se u jiných prodejců nestalo. To že někomu nesedí humor a jednání.. Já si šel koupit kolo, ne se bavit. Servis a ochota super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento obchod a hlavně servis v žádném případě nedoporučuji. Nejen že tam je nepříjemná a arogantní obsluha, ale servis je katastrofální. V červnu letošního roku jsem si tam na doporučení známého dala na servis kolo a chtěla hlavně seřídit přesmykač a případně vyměnit řetěz. Druhý den mi volali, že mám špatné brzdy a gripy na řidítkách. Brzdy jsme souhlasila opravit a gripy že si vyměním. Druhý den jsem jela do prodejny se domluvit a gripy byly rozřiznuté a sundané, tudíž jsem si musela vybrat jejich hnusné. Kolo opravili a řekli že mám po 200 km přijet na seřízení. Dovolená na kole byla katastrofální a nešlo vůbec přehazovat a to měnili i zadní kazetu. Kolo jsem opět dala do servisu a řekli, že byla špatná kazeta a tu opět vyměnili a doplatila. Minulý týden jsem kolo vyzkoušela do práce a zasekl se mi řetěz v přesmykači. Okamžitě jsem tam se známým jela a oni. že je vše v pořádku. Odjela jsem domu a druhý den tam kolo dovezl známý a s prodavačem se dohadoval asi 20 min než opravdu uznal že přesmykač nefunguje. Znovu jsem v neděli kolo vyzkoušela, je to lepší ale opět při nějaké rychlosti řetěz nedosedne. Oprava teda pokus a omyl. Hrůza!
I do not recommend this shop and especially the service in any case. Not only is there annoying and arrogant service, but the service is disastrous. In June of this year, on the recommendation of an acquaintance, I had the bike serviced there and mainly wanted to adjust the derailleur and possibly replace the chain. The next day they called me to say that I had bad brakes and grips on the handlebars. We agreed to repair the brakes and exchange the grips. The next day I went to the store to make an appointment and the grips were cut and taken off, so I had to choose their ugly ones. They repaired the bike and said that I should come to adjust after 200 km. The holiday on the bike was catastrophic and could not be changed at all, and the rear cassette was changed. I put the bike in the service again and they said that the cartridge was bad and they replaced it again and paid for it. Last week I tried the bike to work and my chain got stuck in the derailleur. I immediately went there with an acquaintance and they. that everything is fine. I went home and the next day a bike was brought there by an acquaintance and he argued with the salesman for about 20 minutes before he really admitted that the derailleur was not working. I tried the bike again on Sunday, it's better, but again at some speed the chain won't fit. Correction therefore trial and error. Terror!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Záleží na jakého prodavače narazíte. Prodejce u kterého jsem kupoval kolo tak byl neochotný, nesnažil se poradit, jen vždy ukázat dražší kolo a po zaplacení ani nepozdravil. Při prvním servisu jsem byl obsloužen jiným zaměstnancem, který měl znatelně lepší přístup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, musím velmi poděkovat za Vaši pomoc a přístup a také servis kola. Přestože jsem své kolo nekoupila u vás v obchodě, dostala jsem od prodavače spoustu rad, jaké nejvhodnější kolo si mám vybrat. Včetně velikosti rámu, velikosti ráfku pro svou výšku.. pro své užívání.. vlastně jsem uplne původně měla vyhlednute zcela jiné, než mi bylo doporučeno. Kolo jsem si sehnala, prijel a jsem s ním a pan prodavač ho vyzkoušel, seridil prehazovacku, upravil délku sedlovky, přidal světla, láhev na vodu. Musím říct, že jsem se setkala s velkou ochotou, kterou jsem v jiných obchodech nenašla, včetně komunikace na eshopech v jiných obchodech. Těším se na jaro a celou sezónu. Budu shánět vozicek za kolo, s největší jistotou navštívim opět Cykloextra v ČB. Ještě jednou děkuji.

Although I did not buy my bike at your store, I received a lot of advice from the seller about which most suitable bike to choose. Including the size of the frame, the size of the rim for its height .. for my use .. in fact, I originally had a completely different look than recommended. I got the bike, I came and I went with it and the salesman tried it, adjusted the derailleur, adjusted the length of the seatpost, added lights, a water bottle. I must say that I met with a great willingness that I did not find in other stores, including communication in e-shops in other stores. I'm looking forward to spring and the whole season. I will be looking for wheelchairs, I will visit Cykloextra in ČB again with the greatest certainty. Thanks again.
