A to i přes prosbu, že mi tímto znemožní sobotní vyjížďku, za kterou jsme přijeli z Brna. Ono se to panu "cyklistovi" za pokladnou jednou vrátí! The unwillingness to meet. 10-minute repair, center tightening, 20 min before end of closing time. And despite the plea that this will make it impossible for me to ride Saturday, we came from Brno. P	Petr Červenka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal jsem si seřídit přehazovačku a přesmykač. Bohužel jsem kolo dostal v úplně stejném stavu jako předtím. A to jsem čekal na tohle banální opravu 14 dní. Když jsem se vrátil s reklamací podruhé, že kolo není seřízené a , že vůbec přesmýkač nefunguje ,místo omluvy , jsem se dočkal arogantního chování, že to je normální u takových to typů kol.(Místo aby kolo pořádně prohlédly , proč přesmykač nejde).Brzdy navíc začly nehorázně pískat od převzetí kola a kotouče jsou silně přehřáté. Navíc když jsem si chtěl koupit zvonek na kolo bylo mi sděleno arogantně, že zvonek neprodávají. Vyhozené peníze za servis(a to nemluvím o předraženém obchodě)!!Kolo si seřídím jinde!!Zde už mě nikdo nikdy neuvidí! Rozhodně nikomu nedoporučuji! I had the derailleur and derailleur adjusted. When I returned with a complaint for the second time that the wheel was not adjusted and that the derailleur was not working at all, instead of apologizing, I experienced arrogant behavior that it was normal for these types of bicycles (instead of properly examining why the derailleur did not work). In addition, the brakes have started whistling abruptly since the wheel was taken over and the discs are very overheated. In addition, when I wanted to buy a bicycle bell, I was told arrogantly that they did not sell the bell. Wasted money for service (not to mention an overpriced shop) !! I'll adjust my bike elsewhere !! No one will ever see me here again! I definitely do not recommend it to anyone!

G	Grzegorz Stepniak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a bicycle touring trip along the boarders of Czechia, when I a breakdown of my front breakes happened. It was a leakage of the breaking fluid in Shimano Deore breakes. The breaking pistons were also completely stuck in the frame. I thought that I needed a complete replacement of at least the break frame. It was Friday, 8:30 in the morning, when I was desperately seeking for a repair in Znojmo. First, I visited the competition, where they said that they had other jobs booked, without even inspecting my bike. Then I went to Mr. Kucera, who looked at my bike, knew immediately what the problem was, and took the bicycle into his service. He replaced the breaking cables, pads and probably did something else to unblock the pistons. After just an hour he called me to say that the bike was ready. I am now back home, travelled 1000 km, 12500 m of downhills included, without having any problems with the breakes that Mr. Kucera service has fixed. I am gratefull for his service.
