★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I now know why Alza is so much more popular. This place is quite out of the way but the worse part is the pick-up process. You go upstairs, you have to logon to a computer, find your order code, print it out, then take it to the cashier, pay for the item and then go back downstairs to pick it up. If you can't get the computer to work, you have to visit a "sales person," who then reprimands you for not taking a number across the showroom despite the fact that there is no line. Their prices are not bad, but it's so inconvenient there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little weird logistics with pickuping Your online ordered stuff, but acceptable. Small parking lot. The good think is that this mall and Alza have a huge competition between each other. So prices and extra bonuses delivered with goods are quite fair. I like if more than Alza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place for shopping computers, computer parts, computer peripherals, data storage and electronics such as smartphones or wearables. In peak hours, parking may be tight, but I always managed to park my car in the lot. The shop has good choice, wide range of products. Pricewise, the shop is good, the majority of products offered cheaper than Alza. Numerous products are in stock in the shop. The service is staggeringly fast – even in peak hours, I have my product within 10 minutes. The opening hours are favourable. I appreciate that refunds or returns are processed in a hassle-free manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to pick up a laptop charger, that I had already paid for, online). Waited in a queue for about 35 minutes, just to get to speak with (the only) employee, so he would give me a paper with which to take my order. You pick up your goods a a different counter, of course. Another little queue there, as well. No seats, of course, so I spent those minutes walking around the store like a zombie. Meanwhile, people who did not already pay for their orders in advance, just came, used the automated payment machines and picked up their orders in 5 minutes flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome experience. As of may 2018, the showroom is under construction, but you can still order stuff online and try out the PS4. CZC is no longer my favorite shop, but the experiences I had with them were beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good retailer, many options, never had problems with all hardware I bought in there. Quite acessible via metro. Customer service is pretty good for Czech standards. Products are usually available quite fast after request on the website.
