Když jsem se synem potřebovala jednou za tři roky řešit akutní potíže a přišli jsme v ordinačních hodinách pro nemocné, tak mě na recepci odbyli, že je nutné objednání předem a dostali jsme termín až za dva dny. Už mám domluvenou jinou pediatričku, ale na Opatovské nejsou schopni poslat synovu kartu, nezvedají telefon a v podstatě blokují synovi přítup k lékařské péči.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend relying on this doctor to anyone.
I was calling 3 days in a row trying to get an appointment for the child that came from a hospital and needs further help from his general practitioner. Every time I was assured that “doctor will call you back”, but no one called. At the end we came to the office hoping to get any help there.
No one helped, they just refused us.
