I purchased an apartment in BRNO as an investment six yeas ago through Czech Point 101. I have just sold that property and throughout my ownership have entrusted CP 101 to deal with all matters relating to that investment. From property management, dealing with tax returns and liaising with my bank in BRNO amongst other things they have shown themselves to be exemplary agents, always courteous and acting with integrity and clarity. I would recommend anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property in the Czech Republic to use them as they offer an outstanding level of service at reasonable cost,

CP looked after our Brno investment from 2007 to 2019. The service was always professional, courteous and timely. They seem to have investors best interests at heart. Although the market dipped during the crisis, eventually they secured good sale prices for us and we exited the Czech market successfully. The full service package for taxes, sales process etc certainly makes it easy. Thanks to the team at CP.

We hired CZECH POINT 101 to set up a Czech company. We live in Sweden and it felt impossible to do that not being in the Czech Republic. We are more than satisfied with Nathan Brown, who always answered and helped with our 100 questions promptly and guided us through the jungle of bureaucracy. We can warmly recommend this firm! We are glad for using their services.

I'm not one to write reviews usually but the service I have received from CzechPoint101 has been so good I felt compelled to do so. I've been dealing with them for about 2 years now on various projects. The service I have received at all times has been amazing. The agent I have been dealing with has been extremely diligent - I am not a native Czech speaker so it was comforting to have clearly guidance in English. I used their services for Mortgage application, translation and legal services. I found the fares to be extremely fair and will not hesitate to use them again. I would be very happy to act as a reference to Czechpoint101 should anyone require in the future and discuss my dealings with them.

I worked with the team at Czech Point 101 to buy a flat in Brno. They made the whole transaction extremely easy and were pleasant and professional to work with. All contracts were delivered in English and Czech and were negotiated on my behalf by the team. This meant that I had complete confidence in what I was buying and my legal position. I would definitely recommend them highly and will certainly work with them again if I'm buying, selling or renting in the Czech Republic.

Very professional and fast service. I met a potential renter for my apartment on Sunday. Pavel at Czech Point 101 was able to create an excellent rental contract for my renter by Tues morning. He worked with me to tweak it and it was printed and mailed by Wednesday noon just in time. Thanks for the great help, working with me in English and preparing the contracts in Czech! The price was fair. I appreciate it.

No care for maintenance whatsoever. Not true to their word. The tenant doesn’t matter at all. This was a ground floor apartment where my mother moved in. There is a communal cesspool. When full this flat will get it first. No willingness to arrange for clearing it. The flat was damp badly, damaging the plaster. At the end of the tenancy this year, they tried every trick in the book to keep the whole deposit, collaborating with their local subcontractor Šumava Reality. Calculating after 10 weeks from the end of the agreement, claiming for cleaning the flat, repairs to the damp damaged plaster, scaffolding - stuff clearly that was nothing to do with the tenant, reasoning that this was what the Landlord requested. Complete nonsense. If that’s the case the landlord should be informed that there are limits to what they can request. The deposit was CZK17,400 - not a small amount for 81 year old pensioner. They kept it all. Every year the rent gone up. Before the renewal from September 2020 for another year of tenancy it was agreed that the rent will stay the same because of the difficulties in the apartment. No, an offer for a new tenancy with an increased rent by 10% with the reasoning that “works in the apartment” need doing. No works were done. I don’t recommend this company. Who is your client? The owner of the property. Even though the tenant is the one who generates the profits, they don’t matter one bit. Wrong business model. Nathan, thank you for looking into it. Appreciate you asking the architect for a professional opinion. Appreciate the offer to return CZK1,200 for damp related repairs. However, the itemised bill was as follows: decorating, 2 coats CZK10,950; transport of materials and scaffolding CZK550; masking taping CZK400; covers CZK900, rough clean CZK1000. How could the tenant decorate if damaged plaster due to the damp is across the property? No, I don’t have any picture or written evidence from 2018. My evidence is my honest opinion that the flat was cleaner now than when she moved in, as I was there when she moved in. There was certainly no damage to the floors, there was a missing nail in one skirting board. You rely on Sumava Reality’s assessment. Sadly, they don’t have the care and experience of looking after properties. I never do negative reviews. But it is sadly necessary here.
