Konkurenční realitka udělala v jednání s pronajímatelem školáckou chybu a nám tak v den avizovaného stěhování, týden před koncem měsíce oznámila, že se nikam nestěhujeme. Naštěstí jsme našli pro nás zajímavý byt v nabídce společnosti Realpart, domluvili si schůzku s panem Růčkou, ještě ten den jsme si plácli, předali potřebné údaje, podepsala se rezervace, za dva dny smlouva a nyní už spokojeně bydlíme. I can highly recommend Mr Brokka. Everything went quickly and without unnecessary delay, which we appreciated very much given our situation. The competing realtor made a mistake in the dealings with the landlord and told us on the day of the announced move, a week before the end of the month, that we were not going anywhere. Fortunately, we found an interesting apartment in the offer of Realpart, arranged an appointment with Mr. Růčka, that day we slapped, handed over the necessary information, signed a reservation, two days contract and now we are happy.

Na čem jsme se domluvili, to v praxi platilo a když jsem potřeboval s něčím poradit, či mi nebylo jasné, poskytl pan Růčka rychlou zpětnou vazbu. Takže za mne určitě doporučuji. Což je vlastně poprvé za tu dobu, co prodávám, či kupuji nějaké nemovitosti :) Fair, understandable and pro-customer approach. What we agreed on was true in practice, and when I needed to advise myself, or was unclear, Mr Růčka provided quick feedback. So I definitely recommend it for me. Which is actually the first time I've been selling or buying some real estate :)

Po kontaktu s makléři několika realitních kanceláří jsem se rozhodl pro p.Šimáka. Dnes již mohu říci,že to byla správná volba. Vstřícný, svědomitý, ochotný hledat vždy ta optimální řešení pro obě strany. Po celou dobu procesu koupě nemovitosti jsme byli v kontaktu. Při jednání se třetí stranou byl vždy přítomen osobně. Velkou část administrativního procesu prodeje a koupě nemovitosti zajistil za mne. Ušetřil nám tímto spoustu času a problémů. Po domluvě, že dojde k podpisu rezervační smlouvy se mnou, ji do dvou dnů podepsali úplně s někým jiným, kdo dle nich nabízel více peněz. Se mnou se nikdo ani nebavil, jestli dám více nebo jak se věci mají. Za mě velice neprofesionální jednání, jde tu jen o peníze, osobní dohoda zde neplatí. Konkr. jednání s paní makléřkou Režňákovou. Nic za Vašimi zády jsem se správcem neřešila, zeptala jsem se pouze na stav zvonků, které jste vy už řešit nechtěla. Číslo na správce jsem měla od makléřky k dispozici. Se mnou se nikdo o možnosti vyšší nabídky nebavil. Nebyla zmínka, že byt je stále ve hře a může kdykoliv přijít ještě někdo jiný a naše dohoda přestane platit. Mohla jsem Vám dát stejně nebo i více, peníze pro mě problém nebyly. Nedali jste mi žádnou možnost, prostě jste mě vyšplouchli. Každý máme zřejmě jiný standart. Karma je zdarma, hodně štěstí.. I could have given you the same or even more, money was not a problem for me. You didn't give me a chance, you just splashed me out. We probably each have a different standard. S jeho službami jsem byl spokojen, komunikace na úrovni, všechny problémy, které se při prodeji nemovitosti běžně vyskytují, řešil rychle a zodpovědně.
