The person there spoke English and wasn't negative, quite sympathetic man ! (Hopefully my next visit will be similar)

instead of delivering an envelope, the post has printed and delivered a paper saying that they did not deliver the envelope and that I can collect it myself. waiting time at the branch is near to infinity

I usually come here to pick up packages with a code and this is always very fast.

it seems this post office has changed recently. Today in the morning all windows were occupied by employees, ticket system was working well, and I’ve spent just 2 minutes! Amazing change! Well done, guys! Affiliate of hell from the past became the normal post office with good customer service it seems (I hope). Cheers!

I have to say that, despite the new ticketing system, things have not improved in the last few years at Vršovice post office. The staff are friendly enough, but the system is antiquated and slow. Most deliveries have to be picked up here because the postman/woman doesn't bother to ring our doorbell for registered delivery or small packages. And then it is never the right time to pick up. 5pm? 'No, the paper says 6.30 on the dot, so off you go, and don't bother coming back before the correct time'. What nonsense. And look at the place. Honestly, it's more like a prison than a welcoming, friendly, customer experience.

It's incredible how zero common sense the workers there have. By the way, it takes time to study czech for someone... but how is it possible that even one person out of the 10 people working there doesn't know enough english to be helpful? I won't even elaborate about the attitude that makes you want to jump from a roof out of frustration.

Long waiting time. But there is Czech point, so you can get a lot of stuff get done.

Possibly the worse post office in Prague. Slow, unorganized, it looks like the staff is committed to do everything slo-mo. Avoid if possible
