★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouhé čekání, nejdříve si berou čísilka které nejsou “náročné”, a pokud někdo potřebuje si ověřit doklady anebo jde o něco, co trvá díl, tak bude prostě čekat. Hrozny ?
Long waits, first they take numbers that are not "demanding", and if someone needs to verify the documents or it is something that takes a part, they will just wait. Grapes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have very lazy and inconsiderate delivery people. I am seeing the delivery person putting slip on my mailbox that I am not home while I'm sitting seeing her slipping the blue slip instead of ringing my doorbell. Not just once in the last 4 years. I'm tired of picking up stuff that are supposed to be delivered to my address. I can't always choose especially if it's a letter from government offices, they just use CP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today for western union, an old lady was very rood to me. Anyway after a while waiting for her checking my residence permit, she send me to another western union in Prague, when I asked what’s the reason she didn’t give me any answer and she told me go away. I’ve been there many times for western union transfer and all time worked well until I met this lovely lady today. I don’t blame her for nothing nobody teach her how to treat customers in professional and friendly way . 0 customer service and I blame the manager who is sitting in the back.
