★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need your phone or laptop fixed right now? I mean... RIGHT NOW? Go there. They charge for prioritizing your repair, but you will get your phone or laptop fixed ASAP. You sit in their sofa for an hour or so (just read a book or something) and that’s it. Satisfied, hope they can keep the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit out of town but right on the 3/17 tram about 15 min from Narodni Divadlo. iPhone 6 battery replaced. Said it usually takes less than an hour but apologized that due to many customers it could take up to 2 hours. You get a username and password and you can log on to see when it is ready. Seems like they know what they are doing and authorized service for Apple so assume quality is OEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed an iPhone 6 battery replaced as per agreement by Apple. Emailed them to query about price (they were the cheapest in Prague) and got a efficient response. So took it into the service centre, they did it most quickly (40 minutes) without hassle. Thank you very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my HP laptop there 15 days ago due to a problem with fans, after 1 week they told me the laptop was repaired and gave it me completed packed in plastic. When I arrived at home this was not true, the fans was replaced but they made a very strange noise and the worst the laptop was damaged in one corner. I sent an email inmediately and they told me they will replace the fans again but they are not responsible of the damage because I should checked it in the service. After 15 days I don,t have the laptop repaired yet, the invoice was paid and they are not going to solve the external damaged. Poor service, poor attention. So Hewlett Packard should reconsider them like Oficial service from my point of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole "customer experience" was really bad. Initially, I called apple support as apple made keyboard recall. On phone, apple agreed to exchange the keyboard and told me to bring it to authorised service. I choose this servis and what a mistake. Straightaway instead of being helpful, I knew it will be a problem, so I called in front of the employee support line again where he heard what i told him. The employee agreed and I left my MacBook for exchange of the keyboard. 2 days later I received an email from cesky servis where I'm quoted over 20000for things i didn't need or wanted to, obviously I said i don't agree and the next working day I took my MacBook out to different service where was no problem whatsoever. Before giving me back my MacBook employee is trying to charge me for diagnostic of MacBook which i didn't approve or agreed to, so after speaking to the manager he printed a new handing off protocol with no price. I will definitely go there ever again. It's like going to car service for oil exchange and then having the engine replaced, same story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my laptop in for repair because it wouldn’t turn on. They wanted to charge me 22,000kc for the repair, which is the amount I bought the laptop for. No thank you. Apparently it’s because the manufacturer gets to set the price for the required part, which is stupid but I guess that’s how it works. 2 stars for not being able to come up with a solution that wouldn’t cost me the same as a new laptop.
