Typical unpleasant aproach many Czechs have in shops acting like they are doing you a great favour to even be there. I was there for the first time, just needed tv/pc cable, mistakenly I headed directly to the stock office instead the dealers sitting in the lobby. No smile, no nice explanation how it works there, just this unpleasant guy bearly speaking to me pointing me rudely where I am supposed to be. When on earth will Czechs learn how to deal with a customer who pays them money for their wages!!?? Im so sick of this each time I enter a shop here...
J	Jan Matthew Pochop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd skip Suntech and just choose someone else with better service. It's a huge pain if you have to return something. Sometimes they have prices that are 5% lower than others, but it's not worth it for what you lose in service. I returned a notebook computer, and it took them 3 weeks to return my money after several calls to push them! Alza or Mall would have it done within 3 days. On top of that the return process is outdated and the guy at the service desk acts like he's doing you this huge favor taking back something when it is required by law!
