★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato firma nás velice zklamala. Po provedení práce jsme zjistlili velké nedostatky, dále jsme chtěli provést reklamaci, k čemuž se firma postavila tak, že s námi úplně přestala komunikovat.
 This company disappointed us very much. After performing the work, we found major shortcomings, we also wanted to make a complaint, which the company stood up to so that it completely stopped communicating with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel tuto firmu nemohu doporučit. Již 3. rokem žádáme o reklamaci jejich instalací na naší jurtě. Instalace obvodové stěny byly necelý 1 m kratší. Horní plachta je do teď napnutá k prasknutí. Jurta se nad dětmi natáčí do vrtule. Stále máme improvizovanou verzi, bez ochoty situaci nějak řešit. Velmi doporučuju všem, kteří by snad přemýšleli tuto firmu využít pro svou zakázku, aby se této lehkovážnosti vyvarovali. Bohužel celé 3 roky se střídá žádná odezva s planými sliby. V tuto chvíli již s námi firma nekomunikuje vůbec. Bohužel jsme nuceni reklamaci vymáhat mimo běžné lidské vztahy. Opravu celé záležitosti jsme museli zadat jiné firmě.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. For the third year in a row, we have been asking for a complaint about their installation on our yurt. Perimeter wall installations were less than 1 m shorter. The top sheet is still taut to burst. The yurt turns into a propeller over the children. We still have an improvised version, without a willingness to solve the situation in any way. I highly recommend anyone who might consider using this company for their job to avoid this frivolity. Unfortunately, for the whole 3 years, no response alternates with false promises. At the moment, the company no longer communicates with us at all. Unfortunately, we are forced to enforce the complaint outside of normal human relationships. We had to assign the whole matter to another company.
