★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 6.11.2020 jsem objednala z tohoto e-shopu mobil. Na webu bylo uvedeno, že je SKLADEM a že ho budu mít doma do 12.11.2020. Ihned přišlo mailové potvrzení, že zboží "bude dodáno v lhůtě, kterou jsme vám nabídli během objednávky". V pondělí 9.11.2020 přišel další mail s tím, že objednávka se vyřizuje, ale že "Doba dodání uvedená na webu zobrazuje pouze plánovanou dobu dodání v aktuální situaci. Bohužel kvůli epidemii COVID je možné zpoždění dodávky, které může trvat 2–4 pracovní dny. Před dodáním vás budeme podrobněji písemně informovat a po expedici Vámi objednaného zboží obdržíte e-mailem sledovací číslo zásilky." Protože se další dny stále nic nedělo, pokoušela jsem se několikrát dovolat na zákaznickou linku. Marně. Dnes je 12.11.2020. Nedorazilo ani zboží, ani mail se stavem objednávky, nebo snad sledovací číslo zásilky. Webové stránky jim pro jistotu přestaly fungovat a na Heurece záhadně zmizeli ze seznamu obchodů, které požadovaný mobil mají. Štěstí, že jsem nezaplatila předem. Vřele nedoporučuji.

Since nothing was happening for the next few days, I tried to call the customer line several times. In vain. Today is: 11/12/2020 Neither the goods nor the e-mail with the status of the order or perhaps the tracking number of the shipment arrived. To be sure, the website stopped working for them and on Heureka mysteriously disappeared from the list of stores that have the desired mobile phone. Lucky I didn't pay in advance. Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po zadání objednávky se obchod po 5-ti dnech ozval, s tím že při zadaní objednávky do systému došlo k technické chybě, kvůli které nelze zboží odeslat, a musí být zrušena. Zboží se "snad" objeví v nabídce a budu si ho moci znovu objednat. Zboží se opravdu objevilo v nabídce. Přidal jsem jej tedy do košíku a pokračoval ve vyplňování objednávky. Když jsem jí chtěl odkliknout, tak jsem si všiml že se cena zboží v objednávce navýšila o 1/3. Na dotaz jsem samozřejmě nedostal žádnou odpověď. Pokud bych měl slušně hodnotit jednání obchodu, tak bych ho označil za velmi nestandartní.

If I had a decent assessment of the conduct of trade, I would describe it as very non-standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Připojuji se k ostatním, kteří varují před těmito podvodníky. Kdo si zvolí funkci Genius, zboží si nekupuje, ale pronajímá za velmi nevýhodných podmínek! To se ovšem nedozví ani po přečtení obchodních podmínek, kde slovo Genius nepadne ani jednou. Navíc jsou úmyslně psány právnickou hatlamatilkou, které běžný smrtelník nerozumí. Jedná se o klasický trik tzv. šmejdů, proto se tomuto obchodu zdaleka vyhněte. Zajímavé je, že na Heurece jsou jen kladné recenze. Já jsem se řídil recenzemi z Heureky, což se ukázalo jako chyba. Když zboží za týden nedorazilo, začal jsem pátrat více o obchodu a zjistil jsem pravdu. Objednávku jsem okamžitě stornoval a musím ocenit, že peníze byly na mém účtu už druhý den. Chci říct ještě jedno, recenze na Heurece i na Zboží.cz berte s velkou rezervou a moc jim nevěřte. Jinde jsou recenze objektivnější.

Interestingly, there are only positive reviews on Eureka. I followed the reviews from Heureka, which turned out to be a mistake. When the goods didn't arrive in a week, I started looking more for business and found out the truth. I canceled the order immediately and I have to appreciate that the money was in my account the next day. I want to say one more thing, take the reviews on Heurec and Zboží.cz with great reserve and don't believe them much. Elsewhere, reviews are more objective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, musím souhlasit s neg. Komentáři a varovat ostatní , aby jste nenaletěli. 4.11. Zakoupeno zboží a bohužel také zaplaceno, poté mi přišel ihned mail, že bude zboží dodáno ve lhute 2 az 4 dní z důvodu situace covid.. Dnes je to již 13 dní... Na maily nikdo nereaguje. Asi by to chtělo podat hromadnou žalobu a informovat ČOI.
Hello, I have to agree with neg. Comment and warn others not to fly. 4.11. Purchased goods and unfortunately also paid, then I received an e-mail immediately that the goods will be delivered within 2 to 4 days due to the situation covid .. Today it is already 13 days ... Nobody responds to e-mails. It would probably like to file a class action lawsuit and inform the CTIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před třemi měsíci jsem koupil přítelkyni IPhone za Best cenu ( 22k), sic přišlo o hodně déle což v dnešní době nechápu, kdy zpravidla od eshopu max do dvou dnů mám doma objednané zboží. Komunikace není valná, teď jsem si před týdnem koupil Redmi Note 9 za bezkonkurenční cenu na trhu, tak jen čekám a žádný liebesbrief ještě nepřišel. Je fakt, že při zadání do Googlu Czechcom na vás vyskočí dva ratingy této firmy, jedná se skoro 4,6 a druhá pod 2. Dle komentářů je spousty lidiček nespokojená s pronájmy founu, nezlobte se na mne, ale jen deges si pronajme foun. Z toho pramení negativní komentáře neo ohledně klasického prodeje ale pronájmu.

The fact is that when you enter Google, Czechcom will get two ratings of this company, it is almost 4.6 and the second below 2. According to the comments, a lot of people are dissatisfied with foun rentals, don't be mad at me, but only deges will rent a foun. This is the source of negative comments neo about classic sales but rent.

I've tried calling and emailing to find out where my order is but no one seems to be bothered to reply to my mails or answer the phone. For all i know they've probably stolen my money hence their refusal to answer my queries. So much for customer service

You don't buy goods, you rent them. Please read the other reviews. This company deceives all customers who trust them with the agreement button with terms during process of orders.
Once you click the green button with free transportation & some benefits, you can see terms of rental goods, if you deny their offer then you are on right process for purchasing. All these process are not well informed to customers and you will find this after read my review or others.
You won't reach them with few calls and emails. The answer from them will be your goods will be shipped in few days, so don't be stressed out.
Is there anyone to open a law case with me? I am looking for a lawyer now.
